Jon brings over 15 years of hands-on CRO experience across major brands including Sky, The Donkey Sanctuary, Parkdean Resorts, GHD, AllSaints, and Krispy Kreme. That's not account management experience - it's direct delivery: designing experiments, writing hypotheses, building tests, analysing results, and presenting to stakeholders.

This depth of practical experience means AWIP can handle strategy and implementation. We're as comfortable in a testing platform's code editor as we are in a boardroom discussing programme roadmaps.

It's the infrastructure we use on every client engagement - one connected system that enforces good practice and makes learning stick.
