It was invaluable to have the CXperts team by our side as we rolled out FullStory across two new products. Their deep technical expertise and hands-on guidance played a critical role in accelerating our implementation and adoption efforts. We would not be nearly as far along in our FullStory journey without their support. The investment was well worth it, especially for teams that are short on time or feeling overwhelmed by the breadth of FullStory’s features and functionality.

More software companies need to utilize CXperts!!!!! From the initial intro email to the last call we had with them, the CXperts have been so fun to work with. Our training sessions and one off questions felt very curated and done with a lot of care; which is super important when you're learning a new product. No one wants to feel like they're just another customer and CXperts did stellar at making sure that wasn't the case. It's a bummer we can't have them forever! </3 Tysm CXperts team!

Steven and Samantha from CXperts were incredibly helpful throughout our FullStory onboarding. They made complex topics easy to understand and created what was easily the smoothest onboarding experience I've had. Although the onboarding was intended for Guides and Surveys specifically, they were generous with their time and used the remaining session time to walk us through additional FullStory features and answer broader questions. Highly recommend!
